Vision to Impact Foundation
We turn vision into impact for Africa.
We're the foundation behind Africa We Want — building initiatives that give young Africans the voice, the skills and the room to shape the continent's future.
Who we are
The foundation behind Africa's next generation of leaders.
Vision to Impact Foundation is a Ghana-registered foundation that incubates and runs initiatives giving young Africans voice, skills and opportunity. We work at the intersection of strategy, innovation and sustainable development — building programmes designed to outlast any single moment or initiative.
Our flagship platform is Africa We Want — a multi-strand programme bringing young people into conversations about the continent's future. From it, we're building a wider portfolio of change.

How we work
01
Strategy
We build every initiative on a clear theory of change, not good intentions.
02
Sustainability
We design for the long term — institutionally, financially and environmentally.
03
Innovation
We back new ideas and young talent others overlook.
04
Sustainable development
We align our work to Agenda 2063 and the Global Goals.
Our work
Flagship platform
Africa We Want
Our flagship platform — where young Africans imagine the continent's future, connect with those shaping it, and build the skills to act.
One flagship. More in development.
Africa We Want is our primary initiative — already running talks, dialogues and workshops with young people across the continent. We're building more programmes alongside it; each grounded in the same theory of change, each designed to last.
