Impact

What we measure
and why it matters.

Good intentions aren't enough. We track what actually changes for the young people and communities we work with — and we report it honestly.

How we measure

Our approach to impact

Reach

We track who we work with — how many people, where they are, and whether we're getting to those who most need these opportunities.

Depth

Numbers alone don't tell the story. We also document what participants said, learned and did as a result of engaging with our programmes.

Change over time

We return to past participants and partners to understand whether impact persisted — and what conditions made it last.

Honest reporting

We publish what the numbers actually show, including failures and partial results. Inflated impact claims cost trust; we prefer specificity.

All figures below are illustrative placeholders. No impact numbers will be published until verified through our monitoring and evaluation process.
