Dr Bridget O. Menyeh works where strategy, sustainability and innovation meet — turning bold ideas about Africa's future into structures that can carry them. As Co-Founder and CEO, she sets the foundation's direction and holds its standard: that young Africans should be heard, equipped and trusted to act. A Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA), she brings a builder's discipline to the work.

Emmanuel Leslie Addae
Emmanuel Leslie Addae is the convener and curator behind Africa Dialogues, the pan-African platform that grew out of TEDxLabone and brings policymakers, founders, academics and a rising generation into the same conversation. He shapes the foundation's platforms — the talks, the dialogues, and the moments where a young person's idea meets the people who can act on it.
