1. Acceptance
By accessing the Vision to Impact Foundation website (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
2. The foundation

The names "Vision to Impact Foundation" and "Africa We Want", and associated marks, are protected. Third-party marks appearing on the Site (where applicable) are the property of their respective owners.

We take care to ensure the Site's content is accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant its completeness or timeliness. Impact figures are expressly noted as placeholders until verified. We reserve the right to change content at any time without notice.
5. Links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of those sites. A link does not imply endorsement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law, Vision to Impact Foundation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this Site. 7. Donations (important notice)
This Site does not currently accept live donations. No "Donate" or payment button that collects money is, or will be, enabled until Vision to Impact Foundation has confirmed its charitable / finance status and integrated a compliant payment provider. Any such feature will be accompanied by a separate notice.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
